Our ADHD coaching service offers a collaborative and comprehensive approach to supporting children with ADHD. We understand the importance of involving both the parent and the child in the process to ensure optimal outcomes.

The service begins with engagement sessions involving both the parent and the child, where we gather valuable insights into the child’s strengths, challenges, and goals. We utilize assessment tools such as the Connors and the Brief testing to gather comprehensive data, which forms the basis for our tailored approach.

Following the assessment phase, we provide a brief report outlining SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals derived from the assessment results. These goals serve as a roadmap for our coaching sessions, ensuring a focused and targeted approach to addressing the child’s needs.

Our coaching sessions are designed to empower the child to achieve their goals and improve their confidence both in the classroom and in life. Through personalized coaching techniques, we work with the child to develop essential skills such as goal setting, time management, organization, problem-solving, and emotional regulation.

For primary school children, our service also includes communication with the school to ensure a collaborative approach to support. By working closely with teachers and other school personnel, we aim to create a supportive environment that fosters the child’s success.

Overall, our ADHD coaching service is dedicated to empowering children with ADHD to reach their full potential. Through collaboration, personalized support, and evidence-based strategies, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
